Shipping policy

Shipping costs are set by the carriers based on a package’s weight and size and are shown on the checkout page. Buyers can choose their preferred carrier and price from the available options for the delivery address, with all shipping costs being their responsibility.

Delivery times depend on both the production time for out-of-stock items and the carrier’s own estimates. Options include USPS, FedEx, UPS, or SpeeDee, as long as they serve the delivery address. Just Encase ships products via ground service. Shipping to Canada is available through DHL and FedEx, but deliveries to other countries aren’t currently offered.

Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days by sending them to the return address, with buyers paying the return shipping costs.
